Who wants to be unhealthy? We all want to be healthy. Good health means a healthy lifestyle. We all want to be fit. But no ones ready for doing some hard work. We are fat, but we don’t want a diet, We eat enough, but we don’t have the stamina, we can wake in the early morning if there is a picnic, but we cant rise early in the morning to do exercise.

The main reason for all of these is laziness. We all are lazy; We know we could save money, but we don’t go on the buses. These are due to laziness. Laziness is caused by tiredness. And what causes tiredness is our health, if we need good health we have to sleep well. If we want to be healthy, we have to go back to the old life. In the past, there was no bus or car. They used to walk everywhere. They don’t use electronic items like mixer grinder, motor, washing machine. They did everything by hand. Therefore they were not ill. But now things are different. Everyone is unwell. All the facilities are available. Junk food plays an important role in our lives. Its time to dump all these things.

Similarly, water is an essential element in our body. It regulate our body temperature .

Being healthy is important in our life. Because it keeps diseases away. The best way to be healthy is to stay healthy. We must also eat healthy foods, do proper exercise, drink plenty of water, and proper sleep to stay healthy.
