In a Matter of Time PART-14 “I Thought The War Was Over!”
Years passed decades passed, and then they stopped suddenly. When they looked outside, they heard “BOOM!” Firing sounds everywhere and people were running the machine was in a shop. When they got out, planes flew, people were running tanks, trucks were everywhere, and a man came and asked, “Warum stehst du hier? Lauf!” Tom asks, “What?” The man says, “English? Run!” The man holds Tim’s arm and runs Tom runs behind Tim.
The man enters a Library and moves some bookshelves, and says, “Get inside.” Tim and Tom enter into a room. It was a small room. Three people were inside it. The room was dark with dim light. When they entered, the two people were arguing. One of them asked, “Wo kommen Sie her?” Tim and Tom couldn’t understand what they were saying. They asked him in many languages and asked, “I asked you where you from?” Tim replies, “From the future.” The men laugh and ask him, “Do we look like fools?” An older man comes and tells them to stop arguing. The old man sits beside Tim and asks him, “Where you from, kid, and what are you wearing?” Tom says, “We told you, we come from the future.” The old man laughs and asks, “What is the future like?” Tim replies, “War, Power, Money, everything’s the same. Except for the technology, I think that ash only changed.” The old man asks, “What are your names?” Tim replies, “I’m Tim, and this is Tom.” The old man says, “My name is Julian. I had two kids Timo and Thomas. Your names remind me of them. But they were killed by Him.”
Tom asks, “Who is Him?” Julian lifts an eyebrow. The others were amazed to hear this question. The man asks, “What do they teach in your history classes?” Tom asks, “I think the last thing they taught was about “WWIV”? Or “The end of an era.” Julian asks, “Which year are you from?” Tom says, “From 3056.” Julian then asks, “You know which year is this? This is 1943. And I could understand why you don’t know about Hitler.” Tim asks, “So who is Hitler and which war is happening here?” Julian says, “Hitler is the main reason to cause World War II. He makes people like us, my sons suffer. My wife, my kids, died because of him. I want to kill him. The whole Jews want to kill him. But our force was not strong enough. He is a monster. He is not even a true German. He was born in Austria.” He then told a lot about Hitler. Then Tim asks, “Who was the man who helped us from the city?” Julian replies, “That is Max; he was a friend of my son. He was talking care of me. He is a good kid.” Julian asks Tim again, “What are you wearing?” Tim replies, “Why does everyone keep talking about this suit?” Tom says, “This is suit is made of a solid material, Tryxanium.” One of the men in the room says, “Tryxanium! That is a made-up name.” Julian asks, “Look, what is wrong with you. You have not been like this since you arrived here.” The man says, “Look, I want to protect you from all of these, and all I am telling you these are, they are spies who work for the Nazis. We cannot trust them.” Max said, “That is enough for today, Simon, go to sleep. We have work tomorrow.” Simon was still not trusting them.
